Does the AI make up prices?
No. Prices come only from the price sheet you upload, or from a price you type in yourself. Anything you type is labelled "Contractor price" on screen and on the PDF. Items it can't match to your sheet are flagged for you instead of being guessed.
What do I need to get started?
Your price sheet as a CSV or Excel file, your logo, and a phone to record the walk-through. You map your sheet's columns once during setup.
How long does a proposal take?
Usually a few minutes from upload to a draft you can review. Processing time depends on how long the memo is. You always review and approve before a PDF is made.
Does it replace Jobber or my CRM?
No. It works next to your current tools. Each approved proposal can be exported as a CSV of line items to paste into Jobber or a spreadsheet.
Where are my recordings and photos stored?
In private storage tied to your account. Only you can open them while signed in.
Is there a free trial?
Your first proposal is free, so you can test it on a real job before you pay. After that it's $49/month, and you can cancel any time from Manage billing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from Manage billing on your dashboard.
